See Life – Training of trainers in the healthcare sector

SeeLife aimed to improve knowledge, skills, and professional competencies in organ donation and transplantation in Bulgaria and Latvia, establishing best practices aligned with EU directives. The project targeted healthcare professionals at university level, as well as physicians in training or already specialized in critical care, emergency and recovery units, neurology, neurosurgery, and transplantation. My role focused on delivering the Train-the-Trainers component, “Learn to Teach,” equipping participants with pedagogical skills, educational methods, and communication strategies to design and deliver training at national and institutional levels. This included facilitating interactive sessions, supporting the development of training materials, and strengthening participants’ capacity to act as multipliers. The approach ensured sustainable knowledge transfer, expanded local training capacity, and supported the consistent implementation of best practices.
