ODISSeA (2019–2021) – Education Quality Plan in Southeast Asia

ODISSeA (Organ Donation Innovative Strategies for Southeast Asia) was an Erasmus+ capacity-building project aimed at designing and implementing a postgraduate program in organ donation across universities in Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Thailand, aligned with the European Higher Education Area. My role focused on both educational design and quality assurance. I contributed to the development of the educational quality plan by defining standards for curriculum design, aligning learning outcomes with teaching and assessment strategies, and ensuring coherence across institutions. In parallel, I supported the structuring of the blended-learning approach, ensuring integration between online and face-to-face components. I also established monitoring and evaluation frameworks, including performance indicators, multi-level feedback systems, and continuous quality improvement processes to ensure consistent implementation, scalability, and long-term sustainability of the program.
