2013-2016

EMPODaT (Euro-Mediterranean Postgraduate Programme in Organ Donation and Transplantation) aimed to design and implement a postgraduate program aligned with the European Higher Education Area, targeting healthcare professionals in countries such as Egypt, Lebanon, and Morocco. My role focused on developing the educational quality plan as a structured follow-up mechanism to ensure consistent implementation and continuous improvement. This included defining quality standards and indicators, and setting up monitoring and evaluation processes to track learning outcomes, teaching effectiveness, and assessment practices across the universities. The plan emphasized ongoing data collection, multi-level feedback (participants, trainers, institutions), and periodic review, enabling iterative refinement of the program. This follow-up approach strengthened coherence across countries, and ensured sustainability and long-term impact.
